Emery's Animal Farm Project (reposted)

http://www.youtube.com/user/ShredosaurausRex?feature=mhum

My project was matching the animals in the story to whom they represent from the Russian Revolution, and putting them in a slideshow (along with some self-composed music) to show the irony of how people can act like animals (or vice versa). The text is hard to read I think, so I am listing the animals and their represented characters down below.

  • Farmer Jones = Tsar Nicolas II
  • Pilkington and Foxwood = Leaders (Or influential people, or people of higher stature) of other countries (England and Germany, I thought)
  • Napoleon = Stalin
  • Snowball = Trotsky
  • Mollie = Unfaithful Russians (Or Independent Russians, or Russian people who did not agree or didn't care about communist ideas)
  • The Dogs = KGB (Secret Police)
  • Sheep = Citizens of Russia in large masses or crowds
  • Benjamin and Muriel = Literate, wise citizens. Maybe elderly or old ones
  • Squealer = The Russian Media, or a propagandist
  • Major = Marx
  • Boxer (and Clover) = Working class of Russia
Tell me if you had trouble downloading or viewing the project, or any problems you had with it.
